Last week we checked out how works are progressing on our Auckland and Sylvan development in SE19. Working with our contractor Quinn London, we are building 57 new homes on this scheme including 38 private and 19 shared ownership homes.

Earlier this month we were granted planning for our Shrublands development in Shirley, Croydon. The development is an infill scheme proposing three new residential buildings that sit as pavilions in an enhanced landscape setting designed by Mae Architects.

Last week we visited our (very hot) site at Ravensdale Gardens and Rushden Close, one of our first developments scheduled for completion early next year, to check out progress on the build with our contractor Quinn London. The development consists of 30 new homes across three separate site areas, including 15 new houses and a landmark block of 15 flats.

As months go, June is already proving to be one of our very busiest!

Croydon has long been associated with the monotony of suburban life - an ordinary place on the edge of London where housing is reasonable and families are raised. But perceptions of such places are rapidly changing as working patterns change and living centrally becomes so dramatically unaffordable for the vast majority of the city’s population.
