Our projects

The projects displayed below are designed by award-winning architects. Many of these schemes are completed and occupied, while some are nearing completion or still in construction. We have already delivered 425 new homes for the people of Croydon, including 266 affordable homes, and will have completed a total of 710 homes by end 2023.
