Pump House, in South Norwood’s conservation area, offers 14 one and two bedroom apartments, moments from Norwood Junction train station.
All these properties have their own outside space with a recessed balcony (a couple have an impressive roof terrace), and the building has been designed to be very energy efficient, with green roofs, PV panels and double-glazed windows.

Designed by Common Ground Architecture the building was based on a 1930’s Art Deco cinema which stood opposite.
