Jeremy Titchen

Jeremy is a non-executive director of Brick by Brick and has his own property platform (Rockhopper Real Estate Ltd) providing strategic advice to landowners and investors. He has over 30 years experience in the real estate market and extensive knowledge of development projects in all property sectors. Jeremy has completed in excess of two million square feet of real estate in Central London, with a value greater than £1.5bn, across the residential, commercial and mixed use sectors. He has worked at senior level with Qatari Diar, Morgan Stanley owned Omega Land, Exemplar Developments and Climate Change Capital as well as spending 18 years at Grosvenor Ltd. He is a former Trustee of the Zoological Society of London, a steering committee member of Building Futures Group for the RIBA as well as a non-executive Director at both Soho Housing and Seymour Street Homes (British Land).
