Idlewild Mews, located just off Purley Way, is a two-storey building of eight affordable rent one and two bedroom apartments.
This is a car-free development, with an enclosed courtyard space leading to the entrances to the flats, with trees, planters and grass areas to give a lovely green aspect. Most homes have private terraces too.
Transport connections are good for Central London and Croydon.
On site, completion end 2021.

Designed by vPPR architects, this new building blends in with the existing architecture, with brick exteriors and pitched roofs, introducing elements of playfulness and subtle character.
