    Our ‘Flora Court’ tops out

    On Tuesday December 18th we, along with Croydon councillors and various members of the design and construction team, headed up to Thornton Heath to our development of the old Cheriton House care home to mark the completion of the structure (the ‘topping out’ ceremony). This is our first 100% affordable housing development and it’s due for completion in the spring 2019.

    Our Auckland & Sylvan development is really taking shape

    Last week we checked out how works are progressing on our Auckland and Sylvan development in SE19. Working with our contractor Quinn London, we are building 57 new homes on this scheme including 38 private and 19 shared ownership homes.

    Planning granted for our Shirley Scheme

    Earlier this month we were granted planning for our Shrublands development in Shirley, Croydon. The development is an infill scheme proposing three new residential buildings that sit as pavilions in an enhanced landscape setting designed by Mae Architects.
