Managing our sales and completions alongside the current crisis – update
During these difficult times, we are constantly reviewing our protocol to ensure that we are acting in line with Government guidelines and to ensure the safety of our team, our customers and the whole Croydon community. When it comes to sales, there are various things to consider, and this is the latest update to outline the precautions we have put in place, for the safety of our members of staff and customers:
Our shop is closed
Our shop is now closed until further notice, and all members of staff are now working from home. Please visit our website for information about the availability of our homes, and if you have any questions you can call or email our sales team.
Contacting our sales team
The Brick By Brick sales team are still working hard from home so if any customers have enquiries, they can be contacted by phone and via email, Monday to Saturday, during our standard operating hours. To speak to someone, please call 020 3034 2565 or email: [email protected]. Please bear with us as it might take a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We are now offering virtual viewings of our homes – watch this space! All available homes are listed on our website and if you would like to view a home, please contact our sales team for further details.
Homes can still be reserved based on a virtual viewing (we are currently not offering face to face viewings), but in these uncertain times, we have decided not to charge a reservation fee until a viewing is possible in person.
Handovers & completions
We are progressing with completions of all our exchanged homes using electronic means. We are handing over keys at a safe distance, and handover instructions are being given digitally as well. These protocols are still being developed and tested as it’s new for all of us, with the safety of all concerned a priority, while ensuring our buyers can move into their new homes as planned.
• To ensure that social distance is respected, staff have been instructed to verbally greet customers, and not to shake any hands – so please do not take offence
• All parties will be asked to use a anti-bacteria gel provided before entering our homes
