London housing market: Help to Buy scheme and 90 per cent mortgages return

There was a great round-up in Homes and Property  this week on the situation for first time buyers in London now that the lockdown restrictions are beginning to ease, and mortgage providers are coming back to the market. Our Auckland Rise & Sylvan Hill scheme was featured as we’re offering Help to Buy on these one and two bedroom apartments in Upper Norwood – and all the homes have a balcony or terrace.

We continued to market our homes throughout the crisis, and have now fully reserved Pump House in South Norwood.  We’ve just published a blog explaining how we are continuing to conduct viewings safely – both virtually and in person – and helping people to move into their new homes.

We’ll be launching our next homes for sale at Harold & Beulah Corner and Marston Way in Upper Norwood over the coming weeks.  Register your details so we can keep you posted.
