‘High specification and attention to detail’ – why one buyer loves his new Brick By Brick home
Liam, a local from South Croydon, moved into his new Brick By Brick home in the summer
Liam took the opportunity to move into his new home in Upper Norwood in the summer, just after lockdown restrictions were eased. “The area appealed to me as it has a nice suburban vibe, lots of great local amenities but is also within easy reach of central London” he explains.
Liam loves the ‘well designed, high specification, [and] attention to detail’ of his new home – the interiors were designed by our in-house architects, Common Ground Architecture. It was the ‘professional, dedicated sales team’ who first attracted Liam to a Brick By Brick home. The sales team’s knowledge of the area and the properties helped Liam find a home that suited him. The small size of the development and the quiet surroundings are also a bonus – as is the proximity to Crystal Palace Triangle. “The Triangle in Crystal Palace has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The local parks are fantastic” he adds.
It wasn’t all plain sailing; the ‘speed of bank processing’ meant Liam experienced a 3-4 month delay, probably caused by the first lockdown. However, he urges other movers to “be patient – it will all work out!”.
The housing market is open for business even through the latest lockdown restrictions, and the stamp duty holiday now applies. We are still marketing a few remaining homes in Upper Norwood, and will be launching new homes across the borough in the coming months.
