Common Ground Architecture
South Norwood

Our scheme at 24 Station Road in South Norwood is located right next to Norwood Junction station, and designed by our very own Common Ground Architecture.  The strong white building with its curved brick frontage brings confidence and even a touch of glamour to this fantastically convenient location.  There will be a new, centrally located space for the local library with 14 new one and two bedroom homes above.  The square front belies the stepped rear which allows for the provision of some lovely roof terraces for a few lucky apartments.  All residents will benefit from the proximity to the station and local shops and cafes.

Additional project information

Located in the South Norwood Conservation Area, the design of this building has been influenced by the Art Deco cinema that once stood on the site next door.  With the library downstairs, it will become a recognisable new landmark in the area.

The 14 new apartments, all with private balconies or roof terraces, will launch for sale towards the end of 2019, with the option of Help to Buy.
